Resilienceapac – APEC Unites for a low-carbon future with a groundbreaking clean hydrogen policy framework unveiled during the 14th APEC Energy Ministers’ Meeting held in Peru. As energy ministers from across the region unanimously adopted the APEC Policy Guide on Developing and Implementing Clean and Low-Carbon Hydrogen Frameworks.
