In his remarks, Samsurial encouraged madrasah teachers to continuously enhance their professionalism and personal growth. “It is time to develop ourselves by actively joining webinars, workshops, or even pursuing personal branding whether through school initiatives or personal efforts as proof of being functional educators,” he stated. He highlighted that teacher professionalism today cannot be separated from current innovations such as deep learning. Curriculum updates, coding, and even artificial intelligence (AI).
According to him, the competition is getting tighter with the emergence of Gen Z graduates entering the teaching profession through PPPK and CPNS recruitment. Therefore, he urged madrasah educators not to fall behind. But rather to seize opportunities to upgrade their skills in line with the expectations of TKA 2025-2026.
Samsurial also reminded teachers to master their roles and responsibilities thoroughly. Guided by the Ministry of Religious Affairs’ regulations and the national teacher law. “Read again the regulations so that every teacher understands their tasks and avoids working beyond their authority,” he emphasized.
Another key point raised was the importance of professional certification. Certifications issued by the National Education Standards Agency (BNSP), he explained. Can serve as valuable credentials for self-branding and even open doors to becoming speakers or trainers. The program concluded with an interactive discussion and reflection session. Where participants developed new strategies to design TKA questions that are more measurable and aligned with national competency standards.
With initiatives such as this, TKA 2025-2026 is expected not only to sharpen technical abilities. But also to strengthen the identity of madrasah teachers as professional educators. Who are adaptive to change and ready to face future educational challenges.
